Resposibilities

  • Agency Incentive Management
  • Provide support to prepare Agency Update (AU) related with new incentives, liaise with other departments to review the AU, obtain all approval needed and launch AU in time.
  • Liaise with ABC, Agency Performance Management & Agency Communications team for new incentive flyer and ensure all criteria align with AU and launch in time.
  • Provide support to Agency Strategy & Incentive team.
  • Agency Reporting
  • Provide reports for Dept. Head: Product Tracking report, GA Allowance, New Agency Compensation tracking
  • Agency Management Support
  • Provide support to develop material and slide for Agency Monthly Event for PAO Management such as AEC meeting, FGD, Power Session, NLC and Kick Off.


Requirements

  • Final year student or Fresh graduate, preferable from Management or related major
  • Advance in Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
  • Committed to do 6 months internship
