We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager, who is fluent in English with a specialisation in LinkedIn marketing to join our Bali team. This role is critical to our growth, focusing on strategic LinkedIn marketing to build relationships, reach prospective clients, and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll lead our LinkedIn engagement through both organic content and active LinkedIn tools and strategies to connect with and nurture our potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and execute a LinkedIn marketing strategy with a mix of organic posts and targeted tools to engage our audience.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in meetings with potential clients, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with our global customer base.
  • Content & Communication: Create, customize, and send product information, proposals, and other materials to suit the needs of prospective clients.
  • Lead Nurturing: Actively engage and follow up with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and supporting clients throughout their journey.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the Indonesian office team and our team in Australia to align on strategies and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, with a successful track record in both organic and paid LinkedIn strategies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Please don't apply unless you are fluent.
  • Marketing Expertise: Comfortable in a range of marketing functions, from client engagement and lead nurturing to proposal customization.
  • Tech-savvy and Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment, quickly learning and applying new strategies and tools.
