As a Product Marketeer you’ll be responsible for delivering product 4P and activate for business growth in country level and as Category Management Manager ensuring effective Trade programs implementation in Southeast Asia.

What you’ll do

  • Lead product marketing strategy and manage offering portfolio
  • Execute price setting and define price planning; manage IGM
  • Manage the market product introductions and support market activation of new products.
  • Define market phase-in phase-out plan and execute portfolio maintenance activities
  • Develop QxP & support financial plan for assigned portfolio including inventory management
  • Initiate and execute promotion and incentive program to create market pull

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years involving product marketing responsibilities within a large technology company with predominance of Prof Trade business
  • 3+ years of in-depth knowledge in product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product.
  • Has strong understanding of Professional Business and Distribution business (stock & flow)- value chain, decision making process, Sell-in/ thru/ out, Trade promotion scheme, inventory management, incentive program, to drive business growth
  • A problem solver, market driven, customer-first mindset, and proactive approach to delight customer
  • Bachelor degree in engineering/ tech, business administration in marketing/sales or a related discipline
