About The Role
As the GM HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall business goals. You will manage a team of HR Business Partners in the Holding and Manufacturing, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues to drive business performance.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services and initiatives within the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Partner with the COE to identify and address talent needs, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across departments to promote a positive employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with significant experience in HRBP roles and a strong understanding of the business.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations within the manufacturing or distribution sectors, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
