About The Role

As the GM HR COE, you will report directly to the CHRO and be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will lead various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, Talent Development, Remuneration, Organizational Development, and Industrial Relations, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, assessment, and development to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Oversee remuneration and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead industrial relations efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HRBP teams to ensure the successful implementation of policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Utilize HR analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement within the HR function.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR COE functions talent management, and organizational development.
  • A strong background in engineering or technical disciplines, with proven experience in multiple HR specializations.
  • Experience in leading transformational HR initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading HR functions in large organizations, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to create a positive workplace culture.
