recommendations that drive impactful results.
Strategically allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and uphold cost-
effectiveness.
Deliver data-driven campaign reports that include detailed analysis and recommendations for future optimization.
Integrate consumer insights into the creative process by staying attuned to evolving social
trends and behavioral shifts.
Requirements:
Experience
Proven experience in an agency setting, particularly with a focus on influencer marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in launching and managing digital / influencer marketing campaigns.
Skill
In-depth knowledge of agency workflows, project performance metrics, and client business priorities.
Solid understanding of consumer behavior and current best practices in social media.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract trends and actionable insights from data.
Able to combine strategic and creative thinking, capable of developing innovative, audience-focused strategies.
Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa and English, with the ability to deliver ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple projects and
deadlines effectively.
Proficient in social listening and analytics tools, Google Workspace, and familiar with project management tools like Trello.
