  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales (RM Asset management/RM Institutional at Asset Management/RM bank / WM Specialist at bank) familiar with capital market products or financial services industry, particularly in mutual funds;
  • Having certifications in the Indonesian capital market (minimum WAPERD or WPPEP) are required;
  • Having high motivation, result driven and ability to work in deadline;
  • Willing to work during weekend (Saturday) and carrying out regular business trips;
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and networking skills;
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions;
  • High attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mutual funds growth in designated area (AUM, new clients and activation ratio from existing clients for all distribution channels);
  • Maintain good relationship with asset management partners;
  • Maintain good partnership with Area Managers & Team Heads ;
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training and join visit with sales team;
  • Create mutual fund strategy and product recommendations;
  • Prepare presentation materials for education sessions;
  • As speaker in offline events.
