Client Management

As our client relationship champion, you will build and maintain strong connections, understand client needs to develop tailored recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates and reports to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Candidate Sourcing

As our recruitment expert, you will craft job requirements and descriptions, source top talent through diverse channels, conduct initial screenings using Rakamin tools, and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Assessment Management

You will recommend the most suitable assessment tests for our client, communicate cutoff criteria to delivery teams, collaborate on assessment reports, and provide strategic recommendations for the follow-up recruitment process.

Interview And Selection

As our recruiter, you will schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final rounds, provide detailed candidate assessments, and work with Rakamin Delivery Teams to ensure a smooth and speedy interview process

Offer Management

You'll have the exciting responsibility of crafting and extending job offers to our handpicked candidates. This crucial role involves the terms of employment, aligning both the client's requirements and the candidate's expectations to secure a win-win situation. Ensuring a seamless transition, you will also guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process, setting them up for success from day one.

Strategic Recruitment

You will not only advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices, but also spearhead recruitment campaigns, and continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance & Administration

You'll be responsible for ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws and company policies, maintaining meticulous records of candidate interactions and hiring processes, as well as handling any necessary recruitment administration tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with ATS recruitment platforms and tools is highly desirable.
  • Specialization within one scope: IT, Non-IT, White Collar, Blue Collar is preferred.
  • Willingness to be placed within the Client Office.
  • Candidates domicile within Jabodetabek are preferred.
