Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Actively contribute to and execute the People & Leadership strategy and action plans in close collaboration with the leadership team
- Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda that is at the forefront of the organization.
- Drive a performance and continuous improvement culture
- Attract, select and develop the best talent to build high-performing teams
- Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth
- Actively promote collaboration with HR colleagues and the HR Regional Centre of Excellence to ensure the delivery of a great employee and manager experience
- Drive change management approach when needed
- Execute compensation and benefit strategy including driving pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations
- Safeguarding of labour/union relations and providing support in labour law issues
- Lead Inclusion and Diversity across the business
- Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals
- People/relationships focus. Team building approach which inspires, motivates others, and engages their commitment
- Collaborative decision-making, with ownership and responsibility for risk
- The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organizational environment is a critical key to success
- Minimum 10 years' experience in broad HR roles, a minimum of 5 of those years in a regional or comparable HR Management role. HR management experience at a senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures and legal-related topics
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or Behavioral Science
- Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement
- Experience in aligning global HR strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards
- Experience of working with SuccessFactors SAP or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable
- Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitization and automation
- Strong people Focus and result oriented
- Strong change management skills & strategic thinking
- Understanding & experience of human resources area.
