As PD Manager, you would be responsible for managing and enhancing the talent pool within the organization and implementing strategies to develop employees' skills and competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and design suggestion for the development of productivity
  • Provide suggestion for development and improvement of competencies
  • Develop employee career development based on company's organizational requirements and career path system
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure the availability of talent for key roles
  • Facilitate talent mobility initiatives, including job rotations, transfers, and promotions, to provide employees with growth opportunities and fill critical positions
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Plan and monitor target setting process and cascading down of KPI’s together with respective superior.
  • Manage Schedule of KPI and Target setting process.
  • Compile summary KPI and target.
  • Prepare regular reports on talent management metrics, training outcomes, and organizational development progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of HR Management, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience focusing on Talent Management, Learning Development.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Excel.
  • Broad knowledge in Talent Management, People Development, Performance Management.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good analytical thinking & good problem solving.
  • Agile, flexible & progressive mindset.
  • Willing to work in Malang, East Java
