Job Overview: The Sales Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and managing operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Define the right area focus and GTM strategy
• Operational Excellence:
• Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement tools and technologies that enhance sales operations and reporting.
• Performance Metrics:
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Training and Development:
