  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We're looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to be part of our team.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage Finance and Accounting Team to execute finance activities (Banking, Cash, AR, AP, Payroll)
  • Manage vendor payments and keeping track of all payments and expenditures
  • Manage invoicing and AR collection
  • Manage Cash Flow
  • Manage Employee income tax and tax payments
  • Social insurance (BPJS TK & BPJS-K) administration
  • Produce routine monthly report related to Cash Flow, AR, AP, and audit
  • Closely coordinate with Accounting Team to produce a timely manner FA reports and audit report

What about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in economics major in Economic/ Accounting/Finance/ Financial Management
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience and some are in Head/ leader level in Finance and Accounting area
  • Familiar and hands-on experience in using Accounting System (MYOB/ SAP B1/ Acumatica/ Microsoft Business Central).
  • Experience working in IT service company is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions in a company
  • Strong leadership and highly motivated to lead and manage Finance and Accounting team
  • Ability to build cross departmental/divisional relationship
  • Ability to multitasking in a growing company and multinational environment
  • Willing to be based in Bali (Relocation package of transportation, allowance and a week accommodation is available for successful non Bali based candidates)
