Must Have
- Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in senior management roles, particularly in the FMCG food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in leading large teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation abilities with experience dealing with large clients and both national and international distributors.
Job Description
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the food and beverage sector.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring the achievement of targets and the development of team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers such as distributors and retailers to support sales target achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities in both national and international regions and develop strategies for market penetration.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure alignment in the implementation of business strategies.
