Job Description

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
  • Source, build, and optimize a supplier panel in collaboration with Sports Leaders.
  • Develop policies, negotiate contracts, and establish commercial conditions to ensure the qualitative management of suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Sports Leaders to create and enhance the brand's product offerings.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with brand partners throughout the partnership.
  • Initiate and oversee co-projects between Decathlon and the brand, focusing on commercial aspects.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with Decathlon's requirements and standards.
  • Work with Retail Suppliers to guarantee product availability and maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Monitor brand performance and analyze the sales performance of its products.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the sports market and current trends.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects related to commercial agreements.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in problem-solving.
