Project Manager (Marketing & Events)

As the Project Manager (Marketing & Events) on the APAC Marketing Team on our video-sharing platform client account, your work is instrumental in shining a spotlight on the rising & established stars of the platform and will result in more Creators considering the platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. You will coordinate across multiple teams, develop best practices, champion innovation, look for creative solutions to achieve goals and contribute to the internal team initiatives to improve processes.

You recognise and respect Creators as we put them at the forefront of our programs and have a passion for understanding and prioritising initiatives to get results to serve them. We are looking for someone with a strong project management and producer background across multiple consumer experiences & the entertainment industry who can work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Partnerships, Marcom, Legal etc.). You should also show mastery in managing relationships and output coming from working teams and agency partners.

Role:

  • Project manage the end-to-end process of planning and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals and delivering measurable results.
  • Manage go-to-market planning, encompassing in-depth product research, insightful analysis, and the creation of compelling value propositions.
  • Drive the planning & execution of creator programs and run point on program & campaign execution and updates to country teams, internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Anchor a team of experts and specialists across creative, content, talent management & show production to produce creator programs flawlessly
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teams (Marcom, sponsorship etc.) to produce successful creative campaigns
  • Drive various project timelines & milestones from account management to post-event activities
  • Drive analytical reviews of campaign results and inform learnings & improvements to global & country teams
  • Extract valuable insights from product performance, consumer metrics, and market trends, optimising marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness
  • Drive internal project legal and compliance matters and other administrative tasks, as needed

You:

  • BA/BS degree preferred within relevant disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience within the marketing, media or creative industries
  • 7+ years of project and event management experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets, ideally in Asia
  • 4+ years of experience in the technology sector preferred, or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business
  • Passion for the web and video ecosystem and digital culture. Understanding video-sharing platforms, and their creators and identifying opportunities to celebrate the creator community
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • In-depth insight into crafting user experiences, navigating consumer data, and understanding market shifts
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
