Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Division: Head Office

Reports To: Office Manager & General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the HR and security departments, fostering a professional and caring environment for both employees and guests.

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business direction.

- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and comply with local labor laws and Ministry of Manpower regulations.

- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and facilitate effective communication across all levels.

- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and coach managers on effective performance practices.

- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to standards of punctuality, attire, and service excellence, supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of HR management experience within the hospitality industry.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

- Skills & Attributes:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

- In-depth understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.
