We’re looking for a driven and agile Marketing Manager to spearhead customer acquisition and elevate brand awareness through integrated campaigns, including social media (organic and paid), influencers, brand partnerships, PR, email, and more. This individual should be an integrated brand marketer with a passion for both creative and analytical thinking. He/she will play a key role in scaling our community and “world”, and drive business growth. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop 360 marketing strategies and roadmaps to drive brand awareness and accelerate revenue growth, including product launches and promotions.
  • Own implementation of all marketing programs including email, organic social, PR, influencer, and partnerships
  • Champion innovative ideas, staying attuned to market trends, competitor initiatives, and emerging opportunities.

Content Strategy:

  • Lead marketing ideation sessions to continuously energize and refine campaign design, ensuring each campaign is captivating, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Create and implement owned channels strategy (social and email), working with our creative team to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external agencies through production to create assets across all platforms.
  • Ensure cohesive storytelling and audience alignment by maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Influencer, PR, and Partnership Strategy:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, editors, and brand partners to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate content, monitor performance, and leverage partnerships to maximize visibility and credibility.
  • Develop and implement influencer strategies to foster authentic partnerships, including product seeding, offline experiences, and events.
  • Build partnerships with retail spaces to expand stockist presence.

Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and implement high-performing acquisition strategies across e-commerce platforms, paid social, influencer, PR, email, and other channels.
  • Drive a data-informed strategic plan, optimizing the marketing budget to achieve maximum results.
  • Manage multiple agencies, ensuring high standards and close alignment with company KPIs.

Budget, Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all paid and organic channels, utilizing data insights to continuously improve strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience leading and implementing integrated marketing strategies, with a focus on influencer marketing, PR, content, and social media.
  • Preferred experience in consumer brands, fashion, and DTC. Startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of and interest in brand media and the cultural landscape, with a proactive approach to discovering new ideas and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and visual skills, with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • A strong project manager with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize projects based on company KPIs.
  • Able to act with discretion and autonomy, managing projects end-to-end while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to implement ideas quickly and efficiently.
  • Customer-obsessed and driven to challenge the status quo on media and campaign approaches.
  • Skilled at fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork with internal and external partners.
