Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for brands including annual phasing and budgeting to achieve brand KPI’s.
- Develop media plans, campaign scheduling
- Execute media plans and monitor the entire process from briefing to post-buy.
- Track and measure campaigns based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Work with the team to ensure error free implementation of media plans with timely manner.
- Making media recommendation and strategy in a presentation based on the brief provided
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with media/account teams and media vendors.
- Analyze data to provide client with recommendations for optimizations.
- Prepare monthly reports / annual media reviews for the clients
- Responsible for timely deliverables of the deadlines for e.g. Media Strategy Presentations, monthly reports & any other requirement from clients.
- Work with cross function departments/teams as part of the media management process.
- Drive consumer understanding to draw insights that impact our brand plans.
- Keep abreast of media innovations and developments and find links to enrich brand plans.
Requirements:
- Must have an experience of at least 3+ years in media/digital planning and buying.
- Must have strong organizational and numeracy skills
- Flexibility and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to make great presentation / deck for media strategy presentation to clients
- Excellent personal/organizational management.
- Able to set and meet multiple demands within challenging deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally, formally & informally.
