Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Key Requirements:

  1. Beauty Industry Experience: Typically, 5+ years in trade marketing within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or related sectors, with a strong grasp of beauty consumer trends.
  2. Brand and Aesthetic Sensitivity: Understanding of brand image, beauty product positioning, and how to present premium brands effectively.
  3. Customer Insight Focus: Familiarity with consumer behavior specific to beauty, including purchasing patterns, product preferences, and retail trends.
  4. Retail and Merchandising Skills: Expertise in managing visual merchandising, product displays, and promotional events in beauty retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute trade marketing plans, including point-of-sale (POS) displays, in-store promotions, and special events to engage beauty consumers.
  2. Brand Activation and Visibility: Ensure consistent brand representation and product visibility across channels, emphasizing aesthetics and brand storytelling in beauty environments.
  3. Retailer and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with key retail partners (department stores, beauty retailers) to create customized programs and maintain strong brand presence in their spaces.
  4. Promotion and Launch Management: Coordinate the launch of new products and seasonal campaigns in retail and e-commerce channels, optimizing for high impact and alignment with brand values.
  5. Event and Influencer Support: Organize in-store or online events, influencer partnerships, and sampling campaigns to boost engagement and reach within beauty communities.
  6. Budget and Performance Analysis: Manage trade marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
