  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Application Support professional at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing application support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting for IT systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Technical Support proficiency
  • Experience in Application Support and Information Technology
  • Min has 1 year experience in the same field
  • Understanding of Business Process management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications in relevant IT disciplines are a plus
