Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Infrastructure Supervisor at PT Ethos Kreatif Indonesia in Cilacap. The role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring network efficiency and data protection.

What we need from you:

  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure concept both on premise and cloud
  • Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Linux Server (Ubuntu) and services (web, database)
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations
  • Want to learn and study technology related to servers, networks, security
  • Independent to develop and work together in a team
  • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, network security, or related fields are a plus

What you’ll do:

1. Set up servers (OS) and configure servers and other complementary software as needed

2. Configure firewall and other security for new and existing servers

3. Install database applications, web servers, proxies, docker

4. Perform server maintenance (updates, upgrades) installed OS and existing applications
