Responsibilities
- Looking for potential clients to establish cooperation with the company.
- Approach and maintaining with new and/or existing clients to meet targets.
- Proven track record in complex contract negotiation and new business development.
- Conduct market analysis to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
- Coordinate with Management to set targets and marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports to monitor achievements and report to Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years working experience in Valve Industries as a Business Development Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing.
- Familiar of various valve products and understand competitors and business position in the market.
- Able to speak English both written and oral.
- Good Strategic thinking and analytical.
- Highly motivated target oriented individual and team.
