Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Denpasar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales deals. They will also build and maintain client relationships, create sales proposals, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.

4. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer offerings.

8. Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

9. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company goals

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the catering or food service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Good English proficiency
