STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operational Management:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the café, including preparation of ingredients, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the outlet.
  • Supervise baristas and floor staff to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality according to established standards.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to service and cleanliness, ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.

2. Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and lead the barista team, servers and cashier.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate personnel coverage during operational hours, including peak periods.
  • Develop staff skills and knowledge in customer service.

3. Customer Service Management:

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for every visitor.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers while attracting new ones.

4. Inventory and Supply Management:

  • Oversee the management of raw material stocks, including coffee, milk, and food ingredients, ensuring availability without overstocking.

5. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including promotions, events, and customer loyalty programs.

6. Financial Management:

  • Manage the outlet's budget, including sales, operational expenses, and profit margins.
  • Monitor daily financial reports and take necessary actions to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with procedures.

7. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
  • Communicate outlet needs and emerging issues to the General Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, particularly in specialty coffee shops or restaurants.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a team.
  • Proficient in operational management, including inventory control, time management, and multitasking.
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred).
  • Proficient in using café management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Honest, disciplined, and possessing high integrity.
  • Capable of working in a team and building good relationships with staff and customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations.
  • Strong passion for specialty coffee and the F&B industry in general.
  • Experience in event management or promotions within a café/restaurant setting is a plus.
