Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CI-IE Assistant Manager at PT. SEPATU MAS IDAMAN (SEMASI) in West Java, Indonesia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing continuous improvement and industrial engineering processes, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Having 5 years working experience in IE, preferable in footwear or garment industry
  • Deep understanding in Lean implementation and automation
  • Fluency in English both oral & written.
  • Strong analytical, good in communication, strong follow up and good leadership
