Cost Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cost Manager in preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Supply Chain Cost reports and analysis.
• Implement cost accounting process improvements and procedures across multiple departments within the organization.
• Review daily production, inventory, and supply chain procedures.
• Work with R&D and Product Improvement departments to prepare and analyze accurate BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Establish and maintain cost allocations across various brands, departments, and outlets.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving alternatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience in F&B and food manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP, Odoo, ESB, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance
• Experience in cost reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
