Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cost Manager in preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Supply Chain Cost reports and analysis.
- Implement cost accounting process improvements and procedures across multiple departments within the organization.
- Review daily production, inventory, and supply chain procedures.
- Work with R&D and Product Improvement departments to prepare and analyze accurate BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Establish and maintain cost allocations across various brands, departments, and outlets.
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving alternatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in F&B and food manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP, Odoo, ESB, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance
- Experience in cost reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
