Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine and comprehensive quality testing of products in accordance with company standards.
- Monitoring incoming goods to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Collecting, analyzing, and compiling test data reports to identify trends and communicate results to relevant parties.
- Providing recommendations for process improvement based on testing results and quality data analysis.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 graduate in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous work experience as a Quality Control Officer or a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Understanding of quality standards and industry regulations, with knowledge of testing methods and instruments used.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate test data and identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Effective communication skills with production team members and relevant departments, including the ability to prepare clear reports.
