We’re looking for a junior-mid Product Manager to join us in enhancing our core e-commerce supply chain platforms.
You will help to improve our supply chain platform, understand business user pain point, construct rigid and accurate solutions for their problems and solve them properly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business development, operation, business intelligence, and also regional stakeholders.
Job Description
- Assess and understand business flow and process, sensing a pain point and business needs that might happen during every touch point.
- Work closely with business counterparts to understand their requirements and translate them into rigid documentation
- Analyze the requirement based on data, whether it’s quite worthy to solved the problem or not
- Construct a rigid proposed solution that can cater business needs or solved the pain points
- Determine prioritization for every initiatives held
- Metrics elaboration and monitoring based on impact of the enhancements
- Closely monitoring the quality testing process, and also maintaining the timeline if there’s any obstacle happened
- Train business stakeholders regarding any handled feature enhancements
- Close coordination with cross region team to problem solved and discuss any product development occasion
- Bachelor degree in (but not limited) Computer Science, IT Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Product Management.
- Having knowledge/experience in logistics/supply chain is a big plus.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to drive projects forward.
- Confident and assertive in your product enhancements proposal while staying open to constructive feedback.
