Job Description
- Review existing warehouse processes to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to gather feedback on current procedures and pain points.
- Work closely with senior team members to assist in the drafting and updating of standard operating procedures.
- Support in the organization and maintenance of document repositories, ensuring documents are stored in an easily accessible manner. Assist in version control and categorization of documents.
- Update records and documentation regularly. Ensure that the most recent versions of SOPs are available to relevant staff members.
- Attend team meetings to stay informed about ongoing warehouse projects and initiatives. Contribute insights and observations related to process improvements
- Assist in facilitating communication between warehouse operations and other departments. Relay feedback from team members and assist in addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with team members on small-scale continuous improvement projects. Assist in gathering data, analyzing trends, and proposing minor process changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background and passionate about Warehouse Project and Facility Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills are required to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
