Job Description

  • Implement the Quality Assessment plan for all transactions and operations in the Credit Control Services division.
  • Analyze findings of the assessment and prepare assessment result reports.
  • Review findings and propose plans to improve or change the procedure or workflow.
  • Monitor corrective action made by the Credit Control Services division related to the findings of the quality assessment.
  • Monitor corrective action from regulator findings.
  • Prepare and socialise SOP/TGU in the Credit Control Services Division Operations as a guide to procedure and work standards.
  • Check the relevance of the applicable SOP/TGU, to be adjusted to the latest regulations or support the effectiveness and efficiency of work.
  • Conduct documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions in the Credit Control Services division.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field
  • Understanding the regulations and procedures of the banking Industry
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
