  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between our business needs and technology solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and product sales. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance our HRIS systems, and drive sales initiatives for our IT consultancy offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, analyze and interpret data to provide insights that drive business decisions and enhance product sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes for HRIS implementations and upgrades.
  • Support IT consultancy product sales by identifying customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key metrics.
  • Conduct market research to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to maximize user adoption of systems and products.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and project documentation for new initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis, HRIS, and IT consultancy product sales.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and have knowledge in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and IT consultancy practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
