At Paperid, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our frontliners team to offer financial services solutions that cater to the needs of SMB and Enterprise clients. This includes providing credit cards, financing, and expense management products that meet the unique requirements of each client.

This role requires a strong analytical mind and the ability to perform thorough analysis on business processes and financial needs to make informed product recommendations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for increasing sales and/or disbursement volume by expanding the user base and maintaining a high retention rate while ensuring prudent risk management and compliance practices.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or any related field
  • 2+ years of working experience as a Relationship Manager or relevant positions from Banking or FinTech
  • Experience in the fast-moving supply chain business and conducting analysis of business process and financial needs
  • Knowledgeable in making trade-offs in Financial Services, especially lending
  • Goal-oriented individuals with self-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product, Risk, Operations, Partnership, and Strategy team to offer financial services solutions
  • Work with the frontliners team to provide lending, credit cards, and expense management products to SMB & Enterprise clients
  • Perform thorough business process analysis and financial analysis to make informed product recommendations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and/or disbursement volume by expanding the user base and maintaining a high retention rate
  • Implement prudent risk management and compliance practices to ensure the success of the team and the company
  • Engage in regular communication and training to ensure the financial services solutions meet the unique requirements of each client
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and clients
  • Conduct periodic analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of financial services solutions and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements that impact the financial services team and the company
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new financial services solutions, products, and services that meet the evolving needs of clients
