International eSIM Travel Product Management & Roaming Support

Role Purpose:

Manage and support International Roaming activities and responsible for eSIM travel roaming product for B2C. This role is a part of Product Management/Product Marketing Team, you will be expected to have some exposure related to Product Marketing/Product Manager while also familiar with technical related.

Scope of Work:

• Revenue Support: Support Div. International Roaming to achieve revenue target especially for eSIM travel (creating and deliver eSIM travel product).
• Project Implementation: Conduct coordination with internal and vendor for implementation roaming project.
• Technical Account: As technical account between IOH and Roaming Partner regarding operational and technical issue.
• Reconciliation Support: Maintain Roaming Wholesale Analytics Tools such as NeuString/Yaana for Sales Monitoring and Reconciliation purposes.
• Managing Infrastructure Cost: Manage and minimize roaming infrastructure cost such as IPX, STP Provider and Clearing House.
• Risk Management Capability: Understand detail risk management and able to use available risk treatment option (avoid, accept, mitigate, transfer / share) to efficiently achieve the objective, Able to perform risk prioritization and delegate the risk mitigation to the team based on the assessment of team’s capability / competencies, Able to assess team’s competency gap to achieve the objectives and lead the team to eliminate the gap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferable.
• Min 3 -5 years managerial experiences
• Understand cellular technology
• Good product and industrial knowledge are preferred
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft office application
• Good communication
