- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote villa development projects, short-term rental and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, such as open houses, launch parties, and community outreach programs, to engage potential buyers and promote brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and support sales efforts with marketing materials and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
