  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Plan and execute events, such as open houses, launch parties, and community outreach programs, to engage potential buyers and promote brand awareness.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
