Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Industrial Relations

  • Maintain positive relationships between management and employees.
  • Address and resolve workplace disputes and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and represent the company in negotiations and mediations.

People Development

  • Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback.
  • Create and implement employee development programs, including workshops and training sessions.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and employee growth.

Payroll

  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.

Personnel Management

  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the distribution or logistics sector or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
