Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and drive traffic to the mall.
  • Leasing Strategy: Formulate and oversee the leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and tenant mix.
  • Financial Projections: Create and manage financial projections, including budgeting, profitability, and margin analysis on an annual and monthly basis.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, identify opportunities, and stay competitive.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct property analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and lead marketing campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic and brand visibility.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business performance, adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met.
  • Tenant Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development and marketing progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in a managerial or senior managerial role, preferably within mid-to-low tier commercial property sectors.
  • Strong background in property development, leasing, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and property analysis.
  • Previous experience with property consulting firms such as JLL is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and market analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic growth initiatives and deliver results.
