Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at PT.Global Space Indonesia in Surabaya. The Account Manager will be responsible for Develop new Account and managing client accounts, coordinating logistics operations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management, Logistics Coordination, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supply chain management or logistics industry
  • Proficiency in using Outlook and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
