This key role will be instrumental in managing their financial strategy, supporting investor relations, and driving strategic initiatives.

Job Description
  • Lead fundraising activities, including preparing materials, coordinating with investors, and managing data related to capital raising.
  • Assist with managing communications and relationships with investors, including drafting updates and maintaining strong connections with current and potential investors.
  • Develop and manage detailed financial reports, investment memos, and presentation decks. Provide analytical support for executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior executives on strategic initiatives and key projects. Analyze data to support project execution and strategic planning.
  • Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities. Support the integration of these opportunities into the company's strategy.
  • Leverage your experience with venture capital to enhance fundraising efforts and manage investor relations effectively.


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or a similar role, with a background in Big 4 or consulting firms considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present information
  • Passion for startups and understanding of the ecosystem are advantageous
