Responsibilities
- Help achieve division targets with public training/event
- Involved in all pre, training and post training activities, including:
- Conduct research and analysis for training needs
- Develop a training framework and concept
- Prepare agenda, content, material discussion points, terms of references
- Prepare training offer proposals
- Prepare a Cooperation Agreement or Letter of Understanding
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Coordinate and correspond with internal (related divisions) and external parties (resource persons, moderators, event supporters) regarding the implementation of training
- Prepare all event equipment, including: zoom link (online), prepare the venue (hotel, meeting room, etc.), merchandise, activity souvenirs, etc.
- Make coordination with vendors
- Running the event from start to finish and ensuring the smooth running of the activity, from technical to material and coordinating with resource persons and clients/participants;
- Prepare post-event reports
- Bachelor degree in Law is a MUST
- Experienced 2 years as Sales/AE with event management background
- Experienced in organizing or being involved in events or legal training
- Familiar with the technicalities of organizing events
- Have good English skills (speaking and writing)
- Have strong analytical thinking
- Strong understanding in (law business, corporate law etc.)
- Have strong research and analytical skills in Law
- Have good public speaking
- Familiar with the legal industry
- Understand the use of Ms. Office (excel, word, power point, google workspace)
- Have good presentation skills
- Have the ability to network with foreign partners
