Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets, open new outlets, and grow market share in focusing on GT Channel and sub-distributors.
- Lead business development efforts and optimize distributor operations for efficiency.
- Ensure availability and visibility (AVIS) of 7 COSIA products through effective distribution.
- Conduct promotional activities like branding, events, and end-user sales in the assigned region.
- Submit weekly work plans and reports, and develop long-term business strategies.
- Evaluate and monitor distributor and sales team performance, providing solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales in the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in managing general trade/traditional trade channels.
- Exhibits competence in team management.
- Cultivates strong connections with wholesale clientele.
- Possesses analytical skills for data evaluation.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
