The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing, and programmatic ads.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, audience segmentation, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong data analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Performance/Growth/Digital Marketing
  • Background working in Fintech or any highly-regulated industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, SMM/SMO, ASO/ASM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Deep understanding in marketing funnels and customer journey.
  • Experience in dealing with ad networks, DSP, and ad exchanges
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that are relevant
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and campaign structures
  • Solid knowledge of website and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
