This role will be under Blibli OMG, one of Blibli's Business Unit that operates in Offline Consumer Electronics Distribution.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager will be responsible to assist all Support of GDNI activities and focus on enablement of Salesforce and improvement in Depo Operational. And also ensure PPG Stores runs operational as standard. To support system Reseller Apps and Salesman Productivity.

Job Responsibility:

1. Monitor execution & Make Scheme for PPG Stores

2. Monitor execution & Make Scheme for Promotor PPG & Non PPG

3. Monitoring Activity & Performance analysis of all team in Salesman Apps

4. Follow Up & Coordination for Development in Salesman Apps with IT

5. Monitoring Activity & Performance Analysis in Reseller Apps

6. Follow Up & Coordination for Development in Reseller App with IT

7. Data Analysis & make presentation and suggestion for operational Business Improvement

8. Understanding SOP & Distribution Operational Procedure

9. Able to work effectively and cooperatively with other dept especially in Sales by maintaining good

and collaborative working relationships.

10. Maintaining stable performance in situations full of pressure or rejection (such as time pressure,

complaints from consumers, or job flexibility) and being able to manage stress properly and in

accordance with applicable norms.

Qualifications :

  • At least a Bachelor's degree with min. GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Min. 5 years of Process Improvement preferably from mobile phone industry background)
  • Having experience in leading a improvements project with a large-scale impact to the business
  • Excellence communication, presentation, leadership, and organization skills
  • Strong understanding the market trend and needs
  • Extensive network & history in the sales industry
