  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

As our IT Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology products. You’ll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Qualification:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), product management tools (Trello, Jira), and data analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills. both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading product development projects from start to finish.

UI/UX & Programing Leadership

  • Lead the design team in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Define the product design direction and ensure consistency across features.
  • Test and evaluate designs to improve user satisfaction.

Application Operations

  • Ensure smooth application operations and optimal performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise.
  • Monitor application performance metrics and make necessary improvements.

Iteration Development

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing product features and functionalities.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize new feature development.
  • Collaborate with the development team to release product iterations regularly.

Curriculum Development

  • Create a comprehensive syllabus that covers all essential aspects of product management.
  • Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Tailor the syllabus to the specific needs and learning styles of the mentee.

Mentorship and Guidance

  • Provide regular mentorship and guidance throughout the program.
