Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in handling employee disputes and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or General Affairs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and legal frameworks.
  • Familiarity with general office management and facilities operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
