Responsibilities
- Support the manager in handling employee disputes and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure company policies are aligned with current labor laws and regulations.
- Managing relationship with BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan & Disnaker
- Oversee office operations at branch offices, ensuring facilities, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained and available.
- Ensure workplace safety and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or General Affairs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with general office management and facilities operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
