We're looking for Associate, Partner Service team who is willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bali, or Yogyakarta!
Job Description:
- Investigating and promptly reporting any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAS (Online Travel Agents).
- Ensuring the accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels.
- Implementing technical online promotion programs and optimizing content on our website and OTAS to enhance the user experience.
- Keeping the "Room Availability" document and other task-related documents up to date.
- Managing and updating content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs.
- Registering new hotels in the Booking engine, Channel manager, and OTA channels.
- Conducting thorough investigations and reporting technical issues that may arise from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
- Collaborating with the connectivity team and the eCommerce team at the head office to ensure the accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with OTA (Online Travel Agents) is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in different time zones
- Proficiency in using a channel manager for managing online sales channels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Must demonstrate resilience, even temperament, and the ability to remain calm under challenging situations.
- Adaptability to embrace changes such as new systems, emerging trends, etc.
- Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
