  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

This position is responsible for LV Products, MV Products, and PV systems Technical matters in Pre-Sales and After-Sales scopes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase for Low Voltage (LV) Products, Medium Voltage (MV) Products, and Photovoltaic (PV) Systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical features and benefits of LV, MV, and PV systems.
  • Address technical inquiries from clients and assist in clarifying product specifications.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive and technical proposals for LV, MV, and PV projects.
  • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet customer requirements.
  • Act as a technical consultant to clients, providing insights on the optimal use and integration of LV, MV, and PV products within their projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and offer effective solutions.
  • Provide post-sales technical support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues for LV, MV, and PV systems.
  • Liaise with the internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical concerns.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure a high level of technical competency across relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • High priority for majoring in power electric system
  • Above 5 years experience as a Senior Engineer in the electric field or relevant
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP)
  • Good knowledge on local electrical industry
  • Hard-working, sales driven, independent and strong client network
  • Good presentation and personality who is able to present in mass crowd
  • The ability for structured and analytic approaches to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good capability to write and speak in English
