Responsibilities:

1.Grow and lead a Sales team to achieve the company Sales target.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and maximize productivity.

3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

4. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.

5.Sales Performance: take full responsibility of sales target

Requirements:

1.Experience: Proven track record 2 years in sales leadership roles within the technology sector, preferably in OTT/IPTV/ISP/Hotels hospitality industry

2.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

3.Customer Focus: Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

4.Results-Oriented: Highly driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

5.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Bilingual (english/chinese)
