Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive affiliate and channels strategy, focusing on the right platforms and Key Opinion Mothers (KOMs) to maximize sales and engagement
  • Affiliate Management: Manage relationships with existing affiliates across various platforms, ensuring they meet performance goals and are aligned with brand objectives
  • Platform Optimization: Lead affiliate campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, ensuring accurate listings, effective promotions, and optimized inventory management
  • KPI Tracking: Analyze affiliate performance data, track KPIs, and generate reports to identify growth opportunities, adjust strategies, and optimize performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure affiliate campaigns support broader business goals
  • Market Research: Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive and innovative
  • Negotiations: Negotiate commission rates, incentives, and promotions with affiliates to ensure that campaign goals are met efficiently


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, ideally within platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
  • Proven track record in managing affiliate programs and driving revenue through influencer collaborations and partnerships
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage affiliate relationships and influence outcomes
  • Experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a keen understanding of key e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for affiliate tracking, campaign management, and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and e-commerce trends

  • Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets generated through affiliate marketing
