Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team in the chemical products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and deep relationships within the plantation industry, particularly in Kalimantan and Sumatra.

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia (preferred; open to other locations for exceptional candidates)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with plantation clients across Indonesia, with a focus on Kalimantan and Sumatra

- Promote and sell our range of chemical products, including sulfur, granola, and solar chemicals

- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in the plantation sector

- Understand client needs and work closely with our team to provide tailored solutions

- Conduct regular client visits and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the plantation or agricultural chemical industry

- Established a network of contacts in the plantation sector, particularly in Kalimantan and Sumatra

- Strong understanding of plantation operations and the use of chemical products in this industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

- Fluency in Indonesian and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus

- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industry events

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
