Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim management.
- Analyze claim cases thoroughly, providing expert advice to stakeholders and ensuring proper documentation.
- Investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and service vendors to arrange necessary claim-related services, including repairs or medical procedures.
- Ensure the fair and just settlement of claims in accordance with policy terms, providing clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Monitor the progress of each claim, maintaining detailed records and ensuring that all cases are processed efficiently.
- Address and resolve any customer or provider complaints related to claims, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims handling processes, contributing to the overall project management strategy.
